How to use:
1. Install drivers from the CD
2. Run'Setup.exe' to install the 'CSR Harmony Wireless Software Stack'
3. At the 'Please select default setting' screen, choose 'Discovery On', 'Enabled', and the corresponding device tye'Laptop or Desktop'
4. After successful installation of the driver, restart the computer with this item installed
5. Go to 'Bluetooth Devices' in control panel and choose 'Add Bluetooth Device'
6. Search and find the bluetooth device you wish to pair
7. For headsets or audio devices, the audio source can be adjusted by selecting 'Manage Audio Devices' from 'Sound' in the 'Control Panel'.
8. Choose the device intended for audio by 'Set Default'

Pros: Plug in an available USB socket and was seen by Win 10. After deleting the native drivers and installing the CSR drivers it is solid. Product good but seems issues with Win 10 and CSR getting out of sync.
Cons: Installed provided CSR stack drivers and worked but had stability problems. Poked around and seemed other folks were having possible conflict problems with the CSR drivers and the native Win 10 Bluetooth drivers. Do the following:
1. Uninstall the CSR drivers and restart
2. Plug in the dongle and do a WIN key +X. Select device manager - Bluetooth
3. Right click on Generic Bluetooth Radio
4. Select Uninstall Device, the native MS drivers will be deleted.
5. Restart
6. Install the CSR drivers with the dongle installed
7. Restart
8. You're good to go!! (I prefer restarting after each addition/deletion to keep things clean.)

Pros: It works and has software
Cons: ITS NOT A WAVELINK BRAND. IT'S UNBRANDED CHINA UNIT.
Cons: I should have noticed that the description did not say it was a WAVLINK product. However the product image clearly shows the WAVLINK logo. I purchased this product specifically because I was falsely led to believe I would be getting WAVLINK products. A brand which I have had good luck with over the last few years. I hope WAVLINK makes notice of this and complains to Newegg. I hope Newegg notices this and bans the seller for misrepresenting the product. There is no indication on the packaging or the actual adapter that I received WAVLINK products. It is very obviously generic no-name packaging. This is all very sketchy and misleading.
Overall Review: I am disappointed. A disingenuous seller, and a knock against Newegg's good name for not monitoring third party sellers. Also, no more purchasing for me when I see First from Asia. This is the second time I have been burned when they are listed as the seller.
Pros: Don't like it. Didn't work. Can't install from the disk it comes with and plug & play wont install the drivers either.
Cons: Didn't work from the beginning.
Overall Review: Pick another Brand. I wish I did.
Cons: Wavlink doesn't even list this device on their website as a product and there's no path visible for driver updates from either WavLink or CSR.
Cons: Under the specs page it is listed as a 150m range, this is incorrect. The packaging labels it as 20m to 50m as well as the overview page but I did not see this at the time of purchase. If I had noticed this I wouldn't have bothered with it as I was looking for something with as much range possible
